Stealth Guided Neuronavigation on this 65 years Female ensured precision, Gross Total Resection with minimal morbidity and she was discharged within a week to continue adjuvant oncology treatments ( radiotherapy and temozolamide) on out patient basis. This 65 years Female presented with headaches , nausea, expressive aphasia and right hemiparesis and difficulty with walking which worsened in the last 6 months. The patient had a Successful Surgery and is recovering very well. They will be Post OP from time to time to make sure she gets complete recovery.
